Shasta Scale Modelers is actively seeking new members. All skill levels will feel comfortable in our zero stress, low key, let's have some fun environment.

Community Programs

The Shasta Scale Modelers enjoy introducing young people to our hobby. If you have a group that would be interested in taking part in our no cost Make-N-Take program, please contact us to receive additional information.

The club also enjoys introducing juveniles to modeling in a club format as well as reintroducing or even introducing adults into the hobby and helping with parent/child model building.

Shasta Scale Modelers recommends All Around RC and Hobbies in Redding CA as your north state modeling resource.

President's Message

Shasta Scale Modelers has gone through a lot of changes recently. Larry Owings took over as president and then health issues struck. Mike Lindsey is back in as acting president until the Fall elections. Everyone at SSM wishes Larry the best.

Coming Events

The third quarter project this year is "Any Truck". That's pretty self explanatory but if you've got any questions let me know. Karl will be getting the normal amazing plaque from Valerie at K&M Awards. Your truck will be due at the September 13th meeting. See you there!
